Park Model Campers are a special code in the camping industry; they are technically a camper but are designed to be used in one spot and not transported.
Inside is finished just like a regular house with full size appliances, fireplaces and full bath. They are limited to 400 sq ft. The loft and porches are not included in the 400 sq ft.
Since they are a camper they are not subject to real estate tax.
